Personal and family health

Everyday health for you and your family, kept in hand.

Haven takes on the tedious side of looking after health — logging meals and runs, keeping doses and home readings on schedule, reading lab reports, getting ready for appointments, keeping track for a parent or a child — so you make the decisions with your clinician and always know where things stand.

Haven is letting people in a few at a time. Joining puts you on the list; an invite lets you in.

Haven helps you keep track, understand patterns and prepare questions. It is not medical advice.

If you have chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath or signs of a stroke, call your local emergency number now.

How it works

  1. Tell Haven what you are working on

A goal, something your clinician asked you to watch, or a person you look after. Haven asks only what it needs and reads the rest from the Memriq apps you allow.

  2. Haven sets up the work

Reminders, home checks, what to log and a week of runs and meals that fits your calendar. You approve the plan; nothing is scheduled without you.

  3. It keeps the record and keeps you informed

A photo or a tap logs things. Haven reads them against your own trend, gives you one next step with its reason, and has the summary ready before each appointment.

What Haven takes off your plate

You and your clinician make the health decisions. Haven does the logging, the scheduling, the reading and the remembering around them. It does not diagnose, and it never tells you to start, stop or change a medication. It never says an amount of alcohol is safe, and it does not treat HDL as a number to push up.

Logging food

A photo of the plate becomes an estimate with honest ranges. Fix a portion with one tap; the photo is read once and not kept.Meals from a photo, as ranges.

Runs and workouts

Start run records pace and a map of your route. Haven plans the week’s runs and strength sessions around your calendar, and you approve the plan.Recorded, mapped and planned.

Doses and home readings

Reminders for each medication, a log of what was taken, and home checks such as a 7-day blood pressure series, with the readings in order.Reminders and an honest log.

Lab reports

Upload a report. Haven checks each value with you, then explains it in plain words against the goals your clinician set.Checked with you, explained plainly.

Appointments

A one-minute summary from your own records, your questions kept until they are answered, and the visit’s notes filed afterwards.A summary and your open questions.

The people you look after

A separate space for a parent or a child: their medications, appointments and records, never mixed with yours.A separate space for each person.

Reading the trend

Weight on the 7-day trend, calories as ranges, readings against your own history. One odd morning does not move anything.Your trend, not one morning.

Keeping you informed

One next step at a time with the reason behind it, a weekly view of how things are going, and nothing private on your lock screen. The next step and why.

Haven knows the rest of your week

Your Memriq account connects the apps you use, so Haven plans around your real week instead of asking you to type it in again. You choose what each app may share with Haven, and can turn any of it off in Settings.

Health details go the other way only when you allow it, one app at a time.

  • Helm

Your calendar and to-dos: workouts placed around meetings, appointments turned into to-dos, through your Google connection in Harbor.

  • Harbor

Lab reports and appointment letters from your email, if you connect it. Haven keeps the results you confirm, not the email.

  • Table

The week’s planned meals, so logging is one tap. Your diet limits go back to Table only if you allow it.

  • Crello

    The family’s week, so a parent’s appointment or a child’s check-up lands on the right person’s day.

  • Drift

Trips away: dose times across time zones, and runs planned where you are staying.

  • Revel

Nights out and dinners, so the week’s plan expects a late meal.

Start from what you are working on

Haven is not the same dashboard for everyone. Tell it the health question in your own life and it sets up the tracking, the reminders and the week around that. A few examples:

“Bring my LDL down before my check in March.”What Haven sets up

Haven tracks saturated fat and fiber in the meals you log, adds a reminder for the repeat test your clinician ordered, and keeps your questions for the visit.

What you get

A trend from your own meals and results, and a one-page summary to take to the appointment.

“Find out whether my blood pressure is high at home, not just at the clinic.”What Haven sets up

Haven sets up a 7-day home check — two readings, one minute apart, morning and evening — reminds you at each time and keeps the series in order.

What you get

The readings averaged the way clinicians ask for them, ready to share. Haven does not diagnose from them.

“Run a 10K in the spring.”What Haven sets up

Haven plans three runs and two strength sessions a week around your calendar, records each run with its map, and eases the plan back after a hard week.

What you get

A week you approve each Sunday, and your distance, pace and recovery on one screen.

“Keep track of Dad’s heart medications and appointments.”What Haven sets up

A separate space for Dad with his doses, reminders and cardiology visits. Nothing in it mixes with your own records, in search or in doctor prep.

What you get

His schedule in one place, a summary before each visit, and his questions kept until they are answered.

Inside Haven

Five tabs: Today, Log, Run, Week and Health. Here is what they hold.

A run starts in one tap

Start run sits on your Today screen. The phone app records outdoor runs with GPS; treadmill runs record right in the browser.

Meals from a photo, as ranges

Haven estimates what is on the plate and shows its uncertainty. You fix a portion with one tap. The photo is read once and not kept.

Weight, read on the trend

One heavy morning does not change your targets. Haven explains the likely causes and moves only on the 7-day trend.

Ready for the doctor

Haven compiles a one-minute summary from your own records and keeps your questions until they are answered.

Lab results explained

Upload a lab report. Haven checks the values with you, then explains them around LDL-C, non-HDL and ApoB — the markers clinicians use.

A separate space for each person you look after

Your father’s medications and appointments live in his own space. Nothing mixes with yours, in search, tasks or doctor prep.

Your health data stays yours.

Plain-language pages say what Haven stores, why, and how to take it with you.

  • Each person you look after has a separate space. Their records never mix with yours.
  • Notifications never show a reading, a weight or a medication on your lock screen.
  • Meal photos are read once to make the estimate and are not kept.
  • Download everything Haven holds, or delete it, from Settings at any time.
  • Haven does not sell or share your personal information.
  • Your calendar comes through your Memriq account. Haven never sees your Google password.

Haven is invite-only while it is built with its first members.
